Galaxy Telecom offers turnkey deployment of Basic and Enhanced Voice Services over data networks. VoIP services can be delivered in various ways using any combination of “plain old” telephones, Multimedia PCs with Headset & microphone as subscriber interfaces. Galaxy Telecom offers the following ways for subscribers to access VoIP services:

Interface Options

VoIP Phone to Phone (i-box Broadband)

Our i-box Internet Voice Gateway can be used to call directly from a standard telephone to any other telephone in the world.

VoIP Phone to VoIP Phone (i-box Broadband)

Our i-box Internet Voice Gateway can also be used to call directly from a standard telephone to any other Galaxy telecom subscriber in the world, using a Gateway or PC Phone.

PC to Phone & PC to PC (i-box PC Phone)

Our i-box PC Phone is designed to enable callers to use a Headset/Microphone or USB Handset connected to their PC to communicate to other telephones or PC Phone users around the world.

    Allows user to distinguish between incoming PSTN and VoIP call

    User can set up Multi-Ring Call Forward / Busy Forward numbers

    Use VoIP line to send faxes

    Voice Activity Detection (VAD) and Comfort Noise Generation (CNG)
  • Voicemail notification via SMS & standard E-mail
    Forwards a notification to user that a new voicemail has been received
